Processors
To operate the site and handle requests, we rely on the following providers, who process personal data on behalf of BIAI Technology Project S.L. under data processing agreements compliant with art. 28 GDPR:

Retention period
- Contact form data: up to 2 years from the last contact, unless a contractual relationship is formalized (in which case kept while it lasts and during the legally applicable periods after termination).
- Browsing data (GA4): 14 months from the last visit, configurable in Google Analytics.
- Server technical logs: 30 days, except for security incidents (up to 1 year).
Recipients
We do not share data with third parties, except where legally required or to the processors listed above. We do not perform automated decisions or profiling with legal effects on the user.
Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability, restriction of processing and to not be subject to automated decisions by writing to contact@gpusolutions.ai, with subject line «GDPR Rights» and attaching a copy of your ID document.
If you believe the processing does not comply with the regulation, you have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD): www.aepd.es.
Security
BIAI Technology Project S.L. applies appropriate technical and organizational measures in line with the Spanish National Security Framework (ENS Medium Category) and ISO/IEC 27001:2022. See our Information Security Policy.
Changes to this policy
We review this policy periodically. If we make significant changes, we will update the last-updated date and, where appropriate, notify you by email or via a notice on the site.
